Cornish Themed Cakes

Here are the Cornish themed cupcakes I managed to whip up for St Pirans day.

They were vanilla cupcakes topped with chocolate chip cookie frosting. The Cornish flags and little pasties were made from modelling paste, so everything was edible.

Doughnut Cake

 I recently made an 18th Birthday Doughnut cake for a real doughnut lover. It was a vanilla sponge covered with fondant and painted to look like a real doughnut.

I baked vanilla cupcakes with a white chocolate ganache coloured pink, and also chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate frosting topped with mini doughnuts.

Jubilee Cakes

Everything seems too have calmed down after the madness of the Queen's Jubilee. It was all very red, white and blue!
